ABOUT THE PROJECT
A Story Born Through Collaboration
Ten's Tale was created in collaboration with Lovedonation, a project supporting rescued cats and animal welfare initiatives.
Inspired by the journey of rescue cats, this story follows Ten and Haku as they discover trust, belonging, and the quiet beauty of finding a place to call home.

Ten is a small black cat who carries loneliness, uncertainty, and quiet courage.
Inspired by the experiences of many rescue cats, he represents the search for belonging—the desire to feel safe, loved, and accepted.
Haku
Haku is a gentle white cat whose calm presence brings comfort and reassurance.
She represents kindness, trust, and companionship, offering quiet support and the warmth of finding peace after a difficult journey.
Why This Story Matters
To me,
this story is about more than cats.
At some point in life,
many experience moments of
loneliness, uncertainty, and the longing to find where we belong.
Through Ten's journey,
I hope to reflect a part of our own journey—
the search for comfort, connection, and a place to call home.

Project Summary
TNR Cat Welfare Project
2025–2026
This artwork series was created in support of a TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) initiative that helps reduce the suffering, starvation, and euthanasia of stray cats. Through storytelling and watercolor illustrations, the project seeks to raise awareness and support efforts to protect and care for each cat's life with compassion and dignity.
